One tip is on cut thin plywood is to use metal/bi metal blade on the saw.

Love the seat. What’s the material? Is it from a specific make/model/year? Hoping to put red interior in my ‘40.
What model year is the bench seat out of? I have a buddy with a handful of square body GM trucks.

Thanks! I borrowed a sample book from my upholstery guy and the material that looked real close to the interior factory Ford red paint (Vermilion Red) was called Monticello Torchfire red, number MOT-9808. The Ford Vermillion red has a bit of an orange tint to it. The seat is out of an 88-98 GM truck, the next newer body style after the square bodies.
