Probably because error is basically classic but swapped blasters, bones stop sometimes, strings, and glitches which strings just don't run into it and glitches are easy to avoid so people would probably go for extreme rather error since error is difficult but mostly not worth it. While Insanity is just a little harder than error but Hes actually worth it
for anyone that always fucks up on BTT: DON'T PAY TO MUCH ATTENTION TO THE KNIVES OR BIG BLASTER TRY TO DODGE THE BONE WALLS THE MOST (the moving ones) DON'T FUCK UP STANDING INBETWEEN THE BLASTER AND BONE WALLS (still ones) ALWAYS DO THE KNIVES A BIT LAZIER THAN BONE WALLS CAUSE YOU'LL RISK GETTING ONE SHOTTED MORE BY PAYING MOST ATTENTION TO THE KNIVES.
