Its mostlikely because its a lot of micromanagement to fill up the whole dump. The excavators aren't automatic as u can see and the operator doesn't seem to be very good at his job so it would just delay the delivery further
This are the biggest vehicles on land & I think these vehicles are not very fuel efficient so when you put more load it would definitely lower the efficiency, so after considering all the aspects they surely had a limit to how much carry
This whole operation seems like they are not concerned about production...the crusher is actually crushing product maybe 60% of the time...only two tucks hauling...they have a hopeless hook and cable for clearing blocks...should have a stationary arm or even an old long reach excavator to keep blockages from occurring...loading hoe only swings half buckets most of the time...iron ore is hard to dig and it’s super heavy...you need to work that bucket and come in with the bucket with a more aggressive angle...he’s digging with the bottom of the bucket instead of the teeth and cutting edge...maybe there is a reason for the low production but in the mining outfits I’ve worked for, if that crusher goes dry, managers start asking why and if they have to ask too often then people lose their jobs...🤷🏻♂️
The excavator machine itself is very inefficient and clumsy. It is clearly is incapable of lifting full quota of ore in each attempt. A much smaller machine would have been much more efficient. Clearly a wastage of precious resources.
I think, this is meghahatuburu mines Jharkhand.......
Nice🤝👍
amazing video
Nice footage of iron ore being loaded, my question is why don't they load more on the trucks? Keep up the good work

The trucks have a specific capacity, you don't load beyond the specified weight just because there is space left, would kill the trucks quickly!

Location..? Mines Name..?
Is the ore blasted or just won out of the ground as is?
Blasted.

Focus on one machine at a time and use a tripod for your camera.
Great video just not very productive each truck is at least a bucket or two from being full .It takes to many passes to load properly.
The excavator Operator is really slow
2/3 bucket is full
The drivers are paid by the number of loads they haul, the excavator operator is a company man. (Just joking)
Can’t load the trucks too fast, he’ll overtake the guy on the crane with the hopeless hook on the crane moving the boulders choking the crusher
