I'd like to clarify please... Here are some things required for the work experience: 1. Your job offer must be at same teer level , or higher. Meaning, if your work experience is at TEER 0, then you can only apply for jobs and get job offers for jobs at Teer 0. If you have work experience at Teer 4, then you can apply and you can get a job offer from Teers 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0. Is this correct? 2. Is it a requirement that your 1 year work experience NOC must be the same NOC with your job offer? So for example, your work experience NOC is 1 year University Professor, your Teer level is 0... Does it mean to say that you can only apply and get job offer only for a University Professor job (the Same NOC), teer 0? Or is it possible to have another noc job with same teer level 0, like restaurant manager?

Canada does not discriminate. Single and married people have the same chances of getting approved. It will be based on the eligibility. If you get endorsed by a designated employer, which is one eligibility for AIPP, you're half way there.

I have met few who got a job and processing their visa these past months. There are jobs in Canada where employers heavily rely on foreign workers to fill in, esp in Atlantic.

What he can provide for the COE is his latest Company now which is Bpo as well, he's been there for 1 and half year now.. Hi, So the Job Offer was used so you can get the NB Endorsement for PR? Based on the timeline you got the almost 2 years ago and yet you are still here in Manila, is that ok with the employer who offered your husband the job?
Yes, it is the employer who submits endorsement to the province. We update them on our situation and they understand, same with other employers who depend on foreign workers.

There are scenarios that employers sold their companies, so the job offer is cancelled or honored by the new owners. I know someone who still got PR even when the company stopped hiring. For us, the company froze hiring and reopened few months back. They are continuously hiring, so we are not worried.

Hello, I suppose you are from India. Higher secondary school in India is highschool equivalent in Canada based from a colleague who moved in through AIPP😊 AIPP only requires Canadian HS equivalent for education.

Yes, if you can. May expiry po kasi ang medical request. May cases po kasi na di nila nareceive yung mga request but IRCC sent it, based on their notes.

@@eddeljaymeniano1411 we processed permanent residency na po, not work permit. But even with work permit, you may still travel with your family. But each member would need to apply appropriate visa - OWP for spouse, student or tourist for kids

Ask kolang po, my husband po kasi is in Bpo industry for like 10 years.. But he cannot provide COE if needed since his previous company shut down already.. What he can provide for the COE is his latest Company now which is Bpo as well, he's been there for 1 and half year now.. Kung mag apply po cya ng work, wag nalang po kaya nya I declare yung past work nya since hindi po cya makakapag provide ng COE? Ano po kaya pede gawin? Thank you so much po and God bless.. 😊

Is your network engineering experience within past 3 years? I would consider PNP in Ontario and British Columbia, they have provincial nominee programs targeting worker in tech industry.

When a employer becomes interested in our application, how do they usually contact us in return? Will they conduct a job interview? How will they hold an interview?
For us, they sent us an email. There were interviews that were video recorded and others were Skype.

Yes, it is the employer who submits endorsement to the province.
We update them on our situation and they understand, same with other employers who depend on foreign workers.

There are scenarios that employers sold their companies, so the job offer is cancelled or honored by the new owners. I know someone who still got PR even when the company stopped hiring.
For us, the company froze hiring and reopened few months back. They are continuously hiring, so we are not worried.

not mandatory for spouse but we included it on the 2nd application, anyway.

Hello, I suppose you are from India. Higher secondary school in India is highschool equivalent in Canada based from a colleague who moved in through AIPP😊
AIPP only requires Canadian HS equivalent for education.

I already received a request for medical last March 2 but my husband and my children wlà pa po silang request.im a bit worried po Kasi ako plng ang my request for medical.pwede ko po bang e email ang IRCC to ask or still early pa po.

Mam,after receiving my AOR what will happen next?because just today my good new and bad news akong na received.the bad news is,na refused ung open work permit application ng husband ko and visitors visa for my son.pero today rin nag update ang IRCC and my AIPP application is 25% complete. Mam,after receiving AOR po ano po next na ma expect ko po?done na rin po kming mag biometrics Kasi me request po yan sa work permit application.

@@eddeljaymeniano1411 we processed permanent residency na po, not work permit. But even with work permit, you may still travel with your family. But each member would need to apply appropriate visa - OWP for spouse, student or tourist for kids
