@sactapbang yes, but if the o2 sensor monitor is not setting, turn on the air conditioner during start up idle but for highway driving air conditioning should be off.

I own a w204, I did replaced secondary air pump fuse and relay, and a cold start sometimes air pump work and sometimes it doesn't, engine light still... you think it could be( O2 sensor?)
Cool down and then try again. The air injection systems work when the vehicle for starts. Try 3 or times and still not set then you need to inspect the system visually, check for leaks, and lastly clean or replace if needed. Theses system are known to get tired and dirty as your vehicle ages.

Thanks.
I start the whole process from the start until you set the air monitor. After you set the air monitor then you can jump to step 7 for catalyst. For the evap you can’t really do much other park on a level surface and maintain a good fuel level.
So, for the secondary air and the catalyst, I should start from step 1-4? I got a little confused because isn’t the air the one to do it right away after the engine is started?
Last week I filled up my tank and notice a gas smell inside my 11' E350 within 48 hrs I got a P0456 code (small leak EVAP). After some investigating I notice a small crack on the fuel tank access cover. I replaced it with a new as well as a new sealing ring and fuel filter seal.
