At 3:54 your statement that there are no vacation rentals in Solivita is inaccurate, there are quite a few vacation rental homes here, I know a few people who moved from Solivita to somewhere else but would come back, renting a home for 3 to 4 months. Also, the HOA just recently stated there is one company that is the largest owner of rental homes in Solivita.

Can you have a private pool?
There are homes in Solivita that have pools. they are the homes on bigger lots. Many of the smaller homes on small lots do not have their own pools.
