You can kill stego as a smaller number of tenos just takes more patience and you have to kick the head and bleed it
that's what they were trying to do :)

Teno vs omni: mental game get them nervous and force then too slow down or up the paslce by pressuring them with nibbles on bodies and tails. Tenos can take alot of hits they cant.
Carno vs teno:fake pressure, try too use the trot as much as possible too keep the distance short with enough carno fights under your belt you know when they can charge or not, use that too body block and ruin there day with kicks(4/5 ,is enough too make them bleed out if they arent killed already from damage so pet them bleed when you got them with kicks. If you thibk they can charge you circle away and the last 2 seconds turn sharply besides them so they miss or hit tail.
Teno vs xera: meet brute forxw with brute force especially in a 1v1 or 2v1 dont be afraid too trade hits especially if your food good thats not a trade thwy want only takes 4 kicks too the head for them too die. Get them with a tail slam and rhats 2/3 free kicks, get them with a kick thats two kicks dance with them fake going in and out be agressive intiate and counter.
Nibbles for pressure and chip damage.(good against omni)
Claws for bleed(great against omni and carno)
tail slams for stun(good against ceratos)
Kicks too kill( counters omni pounce, can bleed out carno if enough hits are landed and they keep running, and great too counter cera agressive tantrums)

teno vs omni is basically pray the omnis get a pounce bug or pounce each other

In my eyes the BEST way to deal with omnis as tenno is to alt bite it does a lot of dmg and bleed to them
yeah that works super well, specially now that the alt attacks have broken hitboxes 😅
An Issue with the Omni part of your video. Omnis should tap pounce Tenos to keep their stam higher and do more efficient bleeds. It also means that they have more stamina to bait attacks and run.
I have videos covering tap pouncing and pounces to kill on my channel. As well as a Omni vs Teno 1v1 that I won.

@@KougaArt Yes but they could have won faster and more efficently. And likely not lost a Omni during that fight.
I feel that to better inform the community in you position it is good to take all infomation into account.
If you always try to buck tap pouncing will kill you very quickly as you won't always react to the dismounts.
This will cause frustration for the player who keeps giving openings to be pounced.
Furthermore that information would be useful for the Omni guide.
how do control a kick vs the tail smack? both use right mouse button?

RMB is kick

Why shouldn’t I use tail slams as often as kicks,I thought they did more damage?
they use too much stamina and the damage bonus is too little, kicks are always better and even offer bleed

What are your game settings on? All of them exactly?
all epic with exception of Bloom, Anti alising (which is off), motion blur and shadows (medium)
how do you just kick and keep kicking while in place? with teno i can only kick when running.... otherwise it doesn`t work.. i tried a million of keys and combos but NOPE..cant
enable manual alt attack on settings > gameplay

the tips and trick you give are on point, but the players shown puting them in practice are not the best
I’ve wasted more time than I’d like to admit without a lot of knowledge about how to be effective during combat 💀 as a new player, it looks waay easier than it seems. Someone spare with me?
