I watched the video for the first time today. I had tia very recently. Thank God I'm in good health. I wonder, how is Keith's health today. did it recur or was it last
I am still struggling with the fact that my husband had stroke he recovered but still with some effects left behind worried coz he is also a smoker and has alcohol don't know left it on god only he can do anything now
Keith, please pm me if you would, I had the same thing happen to me almost 6 years ago, but I still seem to have issues recovering fully. Numbness, cognitive trouble, and emotional problems have all followed me. Have you experienced this? Thanks.
I had T.I.A on the 5th January 2021 to date I still have weakness in my right arm and leg. Most often I'm tired, I will be seeing a specialist from next week to understand what could have caused it
Glad to see young man is back to normal after a scary ordeal. However, running 40 miles? The human body is not designed to run these absurd distances (marathons, cross-country running events, etc.) Stick with steady state power walking or HIIT. Your heart will thank you. No need to stress your heart/body with superhero runs.
I just had one, scariest time of my life!
Cameron How are you going now
Me too. Back in June. Exact experience as Keith.
