I think you might enjoy the Honey Bus by Meridith Mey 🐝 it is a lovely memoir. And "All the light we cannot see" is a true masterpiece... it is dark and sad though.
If you trace languages across Europe (something I've actively partook a long term study in) you can hear their evolution and more pertinently the commonalities they share. it's fascinating.
somehow, i understand you, in hopefully a similar vein to the idea that you were trying to convey. to me, this video felt like that moment when you use a butter knife to scrape the extra flour off of a measuring cup and it looks like just the most satisfying experience in the world. my ears felt like that listening to this. sorry to fill up your reply section with my incessant rambling, but i personally rejoice in reading replies, so i hope you enjoyed this one, as well as the rest of your day :)
