the fact that a spin-off video game that's not even written or supervised by george r.r. martin is the only place we EVER see tyrion and margaery interact in the whole entirety of the game of thrones franchise is kinda... disappointing. especially considering they lived in such close proximity to one another for two whole seasons.
It’s quite sad, especially since it seem like Margarey was attractive towards Tyrion and it’s rare for a women to love a dwarf(especially during such times).
So far, this is my favorite part of the GoT games. I like when GoT is about the game of thrones, the deception and politics. This part captured that perfectly while making me extremely anxious the whole time. I feel like it's the best boss fight a game like this can offer.
This. I played this game before I had even watched GoT - had no idea who anyone was, and I was on the edge of my seat playing this scene because I could TELL Cersei was dangerous. This scene was so well written.

A couple of months ago, after TellTale was saved from bankruptcy, they put out a list of games they were going to continue developing, It crushed me that this game wasn't on that list.
They never even finished the story! They have to at least finish it. Or maybe they think it's a bad idea because the show went to shit - but let me tell you, people are desperate for good GoT content right now.
If they did they could change the ending and get it right. I forgot the name of the guy that went to the grove but he could come back and meet Jon again at hardhome. The beginning of chapter 1.
Mike signs one of the founders started buying* up a bunch of properties they didn’t need (Minecraft, stranger things, Batman, game of Thrones, guardians of the galaxy) they spent a bunch of money getting these properties but in trying to push them out quickly, writing quality fell and people got bored of the same games being released over and over with little improvement. They weren’t making their money back and when Netflix took back their Stranger Things IP they basically had no money. They went bankrupt and a few months later they were bought by ADHOC (I think that’s their name?)
S8 was a shocking disappointment. So rushed, cheapened every damn thing in the story & made it so revolting, that it is now unwatchable except for classic scenes.

tbh I got so annoyed by her power games. She really isn't as smart as she thinks she is (as Tywin rightfully said) Littlefinger, Varys, Tywin, Tyrion (all pre season 6) were so interesting and their dialogues had me hooked so much more than CGI Dragons getting noscoped
@@pain002 Tywin was outsmarted by a 14 years old in battle strategy (Robb). Tyrion made many mistakes as well. Littlefinger is clever but not wise, as it's said by Tyrion himself in the books. They're all not as clever as they think they are. The only one I agree on might be Varys, but he hasn't such an ego to overestimate himself: he knows exactly how clever he is. The other ones you named, as well as Cersei, all overestimate their own minds and that's what will get them in the end.
This game was my first interaction with the GoT franchise. I never watched the show or anything like that and when i first saw Cersei in the game i was immediately like "I probably shouldn't anger her."

You're not missing much. Player choices matter less than Mass Effect, the protagonists spend most of their time getting tortured, and nothing from it is even mentioned on tv.

I never liked how literally no matter what you do, Margarey doesn’t like what you do. If you suck up to her and stay silent (LIKE SHE FUCKING TELLS YOU TO), Margarey is disappointed you didn’t defend her, but if you stand up to Cersei, Margarey berates you since Cersei will take it out on her. Choices matter, right?
Genuinely a solid story here. At the time, I was a little annoyed at the lack of agency and the sheer amount of false choices that had no real consequence on the story... but had it been marketed to me as an "interactive novel" rather than a game, I'd have enjoyed it more.
