I bought two of this gift set...no idea why...but it is exquisite...except for those expletive tennis shoes! I agree...they should have had a zipper down the back or the pouch part removable...I will probably never put those shoes on another doll again!

He's amazing. I don't like the criss cross pants because it looks like they were velcroed wrong or something, and it's a shame his glasses don't close up and that the shoes are a pain to get on, but great doll overall. I haven't gotten an homme or monarch in a few years and I'd love to have a Lukas doll to join my other boys.
