I was born in Betkhnay in the Jabil and moved away with my family after the civil war in the 80s. I’ve only had the luxury to visit once.. I cried on the plane ride back. I have never felt more at home. My people of Lebanon, you are so loved. Such humble, hard working, God loving people.
Your videos Anthony are so dear to my heart.
I understand and speak Lebanese fluently but I wish there were closed caption English translation because there are words that I don’t quite understand but can interpret though context.

Using organic lemons is best. Wash well. Cut into wedges, add sugar then using your hands mix really well, pressing the sugar into the lemons and the juice to come out. Add water. Add a few drops of rose blossom water. Refrigerate & enjoy cold. 🙂
