I am a huge fan of your channel. I am intrigued and impressed by your love for our beautiful country. I sincerely wish and pray that your station grows and succeeds beyond your wildest imagination. Well done to you and Hannah.
I absolutely enjoyed today's vlog. Susan Wenger and some other local artists are responsible for much of the architecture and sculptures present at the groove today. The government needs to wake up urgently as the poisoning of the stream with discharges from gold mining can significantly alter the ecosystem of Osun Oshogbo groove. Thank you Bigwillz and Hannah, ❤❤❤
A bridge built in 1935 still stands while some structures built recently in Nigeria has collapsed! What a contrast. Government should carry out maintenance of the bridge especially stopping erosion at the approach to the bridge. The erosion discolored the river. Why are the art structures not protected from the elements? The road leading to the venue should be modernized. I enjoyed the video.
Wow!🎉 Thanks for sharing this great experience with us beloved! The structural architecture is so interesting and requires a great deal of skill and knowledge of stone masonry! Such intriguing history and esoteric knowledge to be found! We have alot we can learn from the past if we pay attention. ❤🖤💚
I had seen a couple of pictures of this place, but those pics really didn't do justice to all that is there. I really don't understand why Nigeria only has 2 UNESCO heritage sites, with all the amazing cultural sites in the country, while several countries in Europe have over 50 each. I wonder if it's a failing of the Nigerian government or UNESCO? Thanks Bigwillz and Hannah for another great episode!
The UNESCO heritage site thingy is something that bothers me. I have no idea why we have only two in the country. This is something I want to find out. Thank you sir for commenting. Appreciated
The name osu was not originally devil. that is true. when christianity came to yoruba land the name esu was then used to represent the devil( cant remember the reason),. wole soyinka spoke about this. you can search for it.
Nigeria turns me off when it comes to development. It is so annoying to the eyes. I am not a fan of our development at all. Our leaders have failed us and the country. Thank you, sir.
