- - Takuma is what you would call a "powerhouse character" that revolves around really strong close range combat with proficient zoning ability. He can keep his opponents at bay with Ko Ou Ken and Haohshikouken. He is a very powerful character that fits the bill for anyone looking for a high tier character for their team.
- Command Moves
Demon's Vehicle - (f + A)
EX Takuma swings out his fist straight in front of himself, hitting it raw will grant a hard knockdown.
Can combo into it from close and crouching normals during which on hit it becomes cancellable.
With link timing you can do cl.A, cl.A- -f+B and still retain the hard knockdown property of the move.
If you hit an aired opponent with the move it will slam them into a hard knockdown as well.
Vehicle Drop - (b + A)
EX Takuma sends out a chop in front of himself, hits mid.
Can combo into it, but only connects from lights.
Pushes him a little bit from the opponent which can make it a good spacing tool for certain pressure strings.
Bottle Breaker - (f + B)
Same as normal Takuma's, he throws out an elbow.
Raw it hits overhead and you can combo straight into fireball super.
Horse Strike - (df + B)
EX Takuma punches straight toward the feet of his opponent, hits low and causes hard knockdown.
Great for mixing in with a string to a standing opponent, but is atrociously unsafe on block.
Overall his command normals give him a lot of different angles to attack and pressure from.
- Special Moves
Tiger Flame Punch - (qcf + A/C)
ExTakuma's fireball move, a classic 2D spacing technique.
C version travels faster.
Both versions can be comboed into as combo finishers/pressure tools.
Tiger Boulder Blast - (qcb + A/C)
EXTakuma thows out a parry then follows up with a heavy punch.
The first part of the attack will absorb a single hit then he will continue the attack.
Against predictable opponents could be used to counter meatys, but is very unsafe on block if overused.
Causes soft knockdown.
With correct timing you can use the parry animation to destroy fireballs.
Hits mid.
Super cancellable, but the follow up super won't connect depending on the spacing.

Back in those days from 1994-1998 when kof was still 'young', i thought i was pretty darn good after players around my neighbourhood arcade stopped challenging me. I would occasionally play below my standard just to bait non regular 'watching' players to challenge me but eventually, I retired as i got bored. After watching this vid, I believe I've got a lot to learn from this takuma player.

Alternative Takuma: How to link Chain combo + ( B+C ) + Run + Crouch low punch + Comand -> A + Hien Shippu Kyaku?

I think the hardest part is the first chain with the low kicks. I can do the whole combo but not with that 4 low kicks, just one. If I hit 2 low kicks I can't chain it after the BC, no matter how fast I run after the BC cancel I won't reach it.

Sorry for being late but you can do charge moves as normal special modes in MAX. So you can do
(any normal)+B+C -> run -> cl.A -> Forward A -> down back, forward D

Altho, he is boring AF, EX Takuma is boring too, so both gathered is a bit more entertaining to watch !
Oh, anyone know if regular Takuma has any practical BC mode combos ? I have never seen any in real match conditions...
Takuma doesn't really have any good max mode combos no, because all his special moves knocks the opponent down and doesn't allow for juggles. You can probably get some other uses from bc mode with him but not in the combo department. he does have other things to spend meter on like parry into the command grab super though. He builds meter quite well but is not the best at spending it.
Realmente está gente cuando están jugando te quitan los poderes momentáneamente y cuando hacen un error se paraliza la pantalla así que la única forma de ver si son buenos es jugando en la misma consola y sin Internet ni nada de hackeos a ver si de verdad juegan
