Great job 👏🏻 But you should of put back the Waverley route back in full first so you had a decent diversion in stead of culling train services. I’ve been on Preston station and see how extremely busy it is when the line is closed 🙄
Edinburgh trains have to slow to 15mph to enter or exit the main line.. Is there no improvement on that? And why not reinstate the disused alignment to the south for the purpose?

Excellent. No mention in the video but that would be a very significant part of the upgrade in terms of capacity.
Perhaps you could of built a new flyover or underpass to relieve the bottleneck at Carstairs Junction on the West Coast Main Line.
