@@shivanginarela2435 the inspecting person will not come, you will get a call from the inspection team they will tell you to give them the OTP even if you insist that you only give the OTP when they vist your home for checkup, they will say that they won'tt do door step inspection and will ask you to contact customer carr, so i contacted customer care and told them what the inspection team told me and they immediately arrange me a replacement piece, once you speak to the inspection team you have immediately call the customer care after that
