There were sixteen renowned Arhats in India. The Neten Rinpoche’s lineage can be traced back to the 11th Arhat named Lam Tran Ten Pharpha LamChung ( Sanskrit name is ChudaPantaka ), who was reincarnated many times in both India and Tibet.
In the year 1986, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama graciously recognized him as the 9th reincarnated Tulku Neten Rinpoche, Lama-Abbot of the Jungpa Monastery in Lithang, Tibet. By this time, he has been already a great scholar at the SeraMey Monastic University in South India.
His Eminence Tulku Neten Rinpoche secured the highest Geshe Lharampa Degree ( Ph.D in Buddhist Sutra Studies ) from SeraMey Monastic University and soon afterwards, he joined the Gyumed Tantric Monastery for higher Tantric studies. After four years of strenuous studies and practice, he appeared for the final examination in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Abbots of Gyumed and other monasteries. He then received the advanced degree of Ngagrampa ( highest degree in Studies of Tantra ) and accepted the position of Discipline Master at the Gyumed Tantric Monastery. Later on he went back and taught Dharma to sanghas at the SeraMey Monastic University in South India.
Since the year 2006, His Eminence Tulku Neten Rinpoche has been living in Canada and giving Dharma teachings in many countries around the world after receiving the Canadian citizenship.
In January 2009, His Eminence Tulku Neten Rinpoche founded the Jam Tse Cho Ling Dharma Centre in Toronto, province of Ontario, Canada as a charitable organization.
In December 2012, His Eminence Tulku Neten Rinpoche founded the Jam Tse Cho Ling Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
In January 2015, His Eminence Tulku Neten Rinpoche accepted the request from the committee of sanghas of the Gelugpa tradition in Canada to become The First Throne Holder of Gelug Monlam of Canada. Gelug Monlam means Great Prayer Festival of the Gelugpa tradition which was formed in the year 2015.

Kính thưa quý Phật tử và quý đồng hương,
Tại Ấn Độ có đến 16 bậc A La Hán và giòng Neten Rinpoche bắt đầu từ bậc A La Hán thứ 11 Ngài Lam Tran Ten Pharpha Lamchung ( tiếng Việt là Chu Lợi Bàn Đà Dà ). Ngài đã hóa thân nhiều lần ở Ấn Độ và Tây Tạng.
Năm 1986, Đức Dalai Lama đương thời đã chính thức công nhận Ngài Tulku Neten Rinpoche là vị Lạt Ma hóa thân đời thứ 9 và Viện Trưởng tu viện Jungpa ở Lithang, Tây Tạng. Lúc đó Ngài đã là một vị học giả nổi tiếng của Đại Học Phật Học SeraMey tại Ấn Độ.
Sau khi đạt bằng cấp cao nhất Geshe Lharampa ( Ph.D Tiến sĩ Phật học về Kinh Điển ), Ngài Tulku Neten Rinpoche tiếp tục nghiên cứu và tu tập thêm tại tu viện Mật Tông Gyumed. Sau 4 năm tinh tấn tu học và thực hành giáo pháp, Ngài thành công trong khóa thi do Đức Dalai Lama cùng hội đồng giáo sư tu sĩ tổ chức và lãnh bằng Ngagrampa ( Bằng cấp cao nhất về Mật Điển ). Ngài giảng dạy tại tu viện Gyumed và cùng một lúc nhận trách nhiệm làm vị Thầy trông coi về Kỷ Luật. Sau đó Ngài trở lại dạy chư tăng ở Đại Học Phật Học SeraMey, miền nam Ấn Độ.

He got that idea from me!! He had mind reading abilities and he got that idea from me that everyone should clap.. he collects merit and peoples energy it feeds him and makes him more powerful. Trough people energy and merit.
Seriously could someone please tell me what exactly the goal is in this? What is the point.... Everybody really just has a confused look on my face in my opinion. I just feel like everything is really random that is going on and there is really no purpose other than to possibly get who wants to be a millionaire

It seems like he wants rich asian people but he dosent want to get thanks to me!! I can tell you my story!! Sometimes he has mind reading abilities trough divination.

He says Asian people do the work.. and that hispanic people are lazy. He is trying to make a rich asian feel good. Asian people created corona virus as a weapon tho! I feel like half the people here have no clue what they’re even doing the whole time. They literally just are hoping that they leave with some money or some prizes or something. There’s no way that anyone can really seriously get anything out of all of this.
