Potato & Zucchini Tacos

Check out my potato and zucchini tacos recipe. I'm trying to cook less with oil so feel free to add. Potato and zucchini are so good for tacos. If you haven't tried it, please do. I didn't add any salt to my potato and zucchini tacos but feel free to add 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp. I used the adobe all seasoning so I skipped out on the salt. Feel free to use this as a template and build on it. Next time, I plan on putting the potato in the air fryer so it can get super crispy. Enjoy the potato and zucchini taco recipe.

Did this with beef and red onion as additionals and some chili paste. And added a bit more beans and mashed them to a paste before adding my veggies. Helped to hold the bigger rheng together better in the taco. Thanks for the natural videos.
