I know this is an old video but, the safety hook for the stretcher was not installed. The hook prevents the stretcher from being pulled out with out releasing the lower rack.

Hello, IanKay6. I will ask Dan about this... I see a safety hook near the back that keeps the stretcher in place, that Dan disengages at 0:40 with his left hand, and which can be seen well starting at 0:46 near that single rear seat, and at 0:55 is shown in close-up and how it's removable. (And at 1:17 Dan secures the stretcher with again.)
I do know the "antlers" in the middle cabin area prevent the stretcher from rolling around up there, tho there's no mechanism for those they're simply guides... I do the videos not the conversions, so I don't know about another hook?

Dan replies, the J-hook is indeed an optional extra. The Transit in this video belonged to a customer who didn't ask for the hook. Thanks for bringing this up!
We also can convert Dodge Grand Caravans and Chrysler Town & Countrys into NEMT vehicles -- basically our long-channel wheelchair van with the added stretcher securement hardware. Since those have a ramp that folds down from the channel to the ground (there's no elevator-like lift as in the Transit), that J-hook isn't necessary there. ruclips.net/video/V1oI4AfFG_Q/видео.html
