Lovely video, it’s a shame you don’t name the hotels you are flying over. I was looking for what was called Hotel Playa Dorado which we stayed at in 1990 and has now I believe changed names, we also stayed at Flamenco Beach resort and Villas Dorados, a beautiful country and people.
Drone flight is regulated by the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC). As of April 2018, if your drone weighs less than 4.4 pounds, you are not required to have a permit. The one I filmed the video with weighs less than 4.4 pounds
