Another thing about inventions As a invention creator I have came across build your owns battlegrounds games and other genres of rec room games i just wanna state try not to use inventions at ALL if you ever will use an invention make sure you can save it as an invention this removes the ability for people to copy your game which I’ll get to later inventions also sometimes have a lot of controls that surprise you when you finish making your game like for example I wanted a mech but I can’t build a mech so I use an invention and I get a hang of the controls I figure out almost everything but the mech had weird sound effects now back to the point don’t use inventions with lots of controls and back to the copying thing the main reason you do NOT want to use inventions that much is because it makes your game more able to copy that’s right the more inventions you have the more copy able your game is now you may be like “well what if the inventions cost tokens” well that doesn’t make much of a difference because 5 year old little Johnny could get on and have like 1000 tokens your game is still the same as your game having free inventions it’s the same amount of “being able to copy”ish I also want to point out more building tips later for now bye!!
Don’t you fear because there’s a easy fix to that 😉 just open your makerpen and go to “tools”. If you look at the middle top of the menu, you should see “Snapping”, and under “Snapping” there should be 3 settings. In this case you want to select the “Grid” setting. For this setting helps keep your shapes straight. (Sorry if this is a long response)

Another way to save ink is too make your map decoration then invisible collision the things you want to make environmental.
