A group of young Bots fresh from Cybertron (Hot Shot, Whirl, Medix, Hoist and Wedge), have the honor of being the first-ever class to enroll in Earth’s Rescue Bot Training Academy and learn how to become Earth heroes through hands-on experience.
The series is a followup to Transformers: Rescue Bots, which aired on Discovery Family for four seasons.

Cool! I think. Hot Shot looks really cute! Quite a difference from the Unicron Trilogy. He seems to still retain his can-do attitude. Optimus, Heatwave, etc - I wasn't expecting this much to change. Cody is older now, so that makes sense. Gosh, this looks interesting!
“The” Heatwave. Yes, you can gain fame by leading a team of 4 bots to perform small rescue ops on an out-of-the-way island in Maine. I forgot that a weather machine was much more dangerous than the Decepticons.

I thought Medix would be an ambulance. Also I think Whirl is adorbs and will be just like Blades in Rescue bots. The only thing that bugs me is Heatwave, Cody and Optimus' voices.

The only thing I would say against this is Optimus primes voice. But I can kinda forgive that considering he was only in a fraction of the first Rescue bots, I feel like it'll be the same for this series. Other then that, looks pretty good.

Although I'm not a fan of Rescue Bots, I'm excited to see what comes of this. :)
For a few reasons;
- It's a chance for a new generation of kids to get into the franchise.
- Both this show & Cyberverse are being animated by an animation company in Dublin which isn't far from where I live. So Ireland is contributing to the TF Franchise! :D

Well, these bots certainly seem to be on the uh... Younger side. Optimus looks absolutely terrifying! And heatwave and cody look... Weird.

Snips the whirl you're talking about is from Primax 1005.19 Gamma (IDW G1 comics). This Whirl, a female, is from Uniend 911.05 Alpha (Aligned Cartoon continuity)
It would be nice if they didn’t change their entire animation style every time they make a new series, but I still like the idea

Toa of Stop Motion More Then Meets The Eye is the greatest Transformers comic series I’ve read, and I want it to become an animated TV show

ha, I see the mix up, but I do want a show version of the comic series More Then Meets The Eye, which is incredible and I highly recommend it
They were shipped at first, but suddenly it became more Medix x Whirl. Love them.
Whoever is voicing Optimus is trying to sound too much like Peter Cullen, and whoever is voicing Heatwave is trying to sound too much like Steven Blum. I'll give them a chance though

Anton Issa Wedge appeared in the 2001 RID show. Whirl appeared in the Idw comics and Medix is new.

The only thing I don't like about this is that they got cheap and recast the characters. Wrong sounding Optimus is one thing, but Steve Blum isn't going to be Heatwave? Other than that, it looks like a fun series for the target demo.
