To set the AP Indicator to On, it's under Settings (the gear icon) under Game/Live and should say "AP" in the On/Off indicator for it. This is JP only; it'll get added to EN in a later update.

it becomes rainbow if you have an 'all perfect' combo,, when you get one great or lower, it ends the rainbow combo

In the settings there's "AP継続演出" just click the 'on' button and you'll get the rainbow combo ╰(*´︶`*)╯
