Hi. Hope you dont mind me reviving your old video. But, do you have a volume drop when you use the footswitch to switch from clean to dirty channel? I do, and I it makes it hard to use the pedal live, which is really annoying, because the pedal sounds great otherwise... Cheers
@@EugeValovirta230V thnx for your reply..! I’ve tried with a sg with a alnico PU, a Flying V with ceramic and a Ltd with fishman (active voicing). No od used. Yes it change but the overall impression is the same for all those setup. I tend to roll down the mids, while you keep them open...! Maybe my monitors aren’t fine (Yamaha Hs -5) but I expected a different voicing from this preamp. Your vid was the reason I bought this unit! You sound fantastic

Euge, would it be possible to use the mooer with the build in Box Simulation then Put a wampler DB boost after it (as a solo Volume boost) and the going straight into the pa/foh/Mixer? Greets from Germany ❤ Tobias
Yeah but you could put also dly, rev, cho after it so theyd be kinda in the effect loop. Just try different combinations and what sounds the best to you go with that. There’s no right or wrong way to do these things. If it sounds it’s good 👌😎.

I still think this is the best one for heavy tones, followed by the Fifty Fifty.
Try the Blacklight 009. It's based on Engl . I like it better than the Fifty Fifty for heavy tones. Better mids.

Mids are the key to a full bodied sound. More is more 👌.
