Ryu had a bad day,Takakiwa had a good day.Good tactic to play ryu's backhand from close to the table with big counterhits,and when Ryu change his backhand position to forhand, then Takikawa get the ball wide to ryu's forhand corner.
流石です!
@koric64
In 2004, Ryu Seung Min was arguably in his absolute prime, with an unstoppable forehand and lighting-quick feet.
After the Olympics, he started falling, occasionally showing an ounce of brilliance.
what kind of floors were they playing on? every step they took made a huge booming sound
Ryu wasn't in best form, and the loss isn't too bad. Despite losing 2-4, it was actually a pretty close match with four sets deuce (13-11, 16-14, 4-11, 13-11, 10-12, 11-7).
@SKHANDELWAL Boy you've got no idea what you are talking about. Ryu Seung Min is one of the greatest players of all time. The style that he displayed in 2004 is the highest standard of play ever achieved. Why don't you just watch and enjoy his games instead of posting silly comments?
Taku Rocks
it's not only this time. At the Pro Tour Grand Finals this year, RSM was ahead of Bastian Steger by 10-2, and then lost (both the game and match)! How can you lose when you are ahead by 10-2 ?? 10-2!!!
When RSM is ahead he stops using his forehand and starts using backhand, to hope the other guy makes a mistake. If they start to catch up, he gets nervous and makes even more mistakes.
I hope ryu to winning
@PrincE13th
He said 8-2 to 10-10, because that part is not in this video.
anyone else think that ttprovider was a sponser on the back blue wall?
Why ryu do not use back hand flat block or side count block.?
대한민국의 탁구 대표 유승민 잘했네요 역시.
what program do you use for the map thing in the beginning, i've seen it before
RSM is over, sad but true!
Taku Rules :)
The game of non taken chances
What Happened to ''Olympic winner'' Ryu?
how did Ryu lost the first game
@worapongable same
i don`t get why everybody is hating on ryu sometimes you loose that`s just how it is
of course he could have won if he hadn`t messed up in the first set but sometimes....
@radioheadnyc it was even 8:1 to 10:10!
8-1 to 10 all *
Unreal...
I love Ryu Seung Min, but I have no idea how he won a gold medal in 2004... he has absolutely no focus sometimes. He loses to no-name players for no reason. He pretty much beats himself.
@grimrepo941 I'm not sure how much luck had to do with it, lol.
LOL the Japanese guy was going crazy after beating Ryu Seung Min. Calm down, the age of the samurai is over.
V Ling banzai!!
ohh Ryu 8-1 lead he lost 10:8 lead he lost... what a pity
if it's just the amount of points won ryu has more points
all the ties wen to taku, damn he had luck
