How to Cook Chicken Afritada

- This is a remake recipe video for Filipino Chicken Afritada. In this episode, I will show you how to easily cook chicken afritada with hotdogs. This is a delicious dish that is best eaten with rice.
Here are the ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. Chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 baking potato, cubed
1 large carrot, sliced
8 oz. tomato sauce
3 pieces hotdog, sliced
½ cup frozen green peas
3 pieces dried bay leaves
1 red onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
3 cups chicken broth
½ teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

I am a working mom, yung family ko never ko talaga napagluto ng ulam i mean yung nagluluto ako pero prito prito lang isda, hotdog, itlog. mga ganian. Usually asawa ko ng nagluluto pag weekend. Me mga kakilala tayo n marunong talaga magluto at masarap, nakakaingit sometimes. pero dahil sa pandemic, WFH ako start nun march till now. so nag try ako mag hanap ng guide sa pagluluto at nakita ko nga eto.
