As is true for every "writer" who commercializes her culture/bloodline, Vardalos had only one story to tell. She told it once, and it was pretty good and made a lot of money. Good for her. But then stop, and go back to your everyday life. Everything that Vardalos has done since has bombed, and so she ends up telling the same story again and again and AGAIN. Each time less amusing, and less successful. I cannot wait for "My Big Fat Greek MRI".
2nd one was awful. Over acting and a bad producer. The first one was perfect and real. This 2nd one was over the top. Everything seemed forced and unrehearsed. Very phoney. I understand 3rd is coming out. !🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
