hey Allison, Dalogona coffee is popping as a new trend now, but we used to make it all the time back in India since instant coffee was the only option at that time.;) You can just take 1 tbsp instant coffee and 1 tbsp sugar(or less) in your coffee mug with 1 tiny tsp of water and whip with your spoon, just add warm or iced milk after its perfectly whipped (takes lesser time and you get appropriate serving size ;) )

Allison here is a tip for the bread. On the last rise…line your bowl with parchment paper that way it will be easier to transfer from the bowl to your Dutch oven ( I can bake it with the paper) and then so it bake for an extra 5 to 10 minutes cook it uncovered so you get that toasty look. 👍🏻👍🏻

When I make rustic bread like yours, I love added spices to it like thyme, rosemary etc and I love using olive oil on top as well which really crisps up the crust! So easy and makes such a difference!

Generally I do it 5 more minutes than I think - I like to use parchment paper at the proofing step and then transfer it to the dutch oven in the parchment, your dough lost its shape when you transferred it - Cook another 10 minutes with the lid off, basically keep cooking until it's a darker brown. - Wait 30 minutes before eating to let the crumb set

my friend makes this coconut oil lavander coffee its amazing. You add lavander syrup to you milk(i love cashew milk she uses coconut or almond), and you add the coconut oil to the bew and then mix them. Super yummy.

The Dalgona coffee was way over the top for me but I loved the foam! I pour my cold brew over ice and in a separate glass put a tsp. of instant espresso granules with a tablespoon or two of dairy free coffee creamer. I use a small battery powered frother(it's awesome) and it creates amazing, delicious foam without crazy amounts of sugar! Hope some of you try it!

I have made that coffee 4 times now!! It's so fun! So much sugar though haha.. I should try splenda or something! I used an electric mixer too and it takes about 10 minutes for me to mix. I think you are supposed to whip it until it doesn't move when you shake the bowl! But I think the flavor's all the same haha. Glad you are staying productive making things in quarantine!!
