I know Mego figures are suppose to be clunky but that collar on Two-face is too much. They could have sowed it in the suit so it doesn't flare out like that.
Nightwing was supposed to be a retailer exclusive but the retailer dropped out at the last minute, that's why it was made so simply with no new sculpt. Mego decided to add it to the wave nevertheless instead of letting it go to waste.

I find that once you reshape the costume a bit it out of the box, it does look better, but I know what you mean
Red Tornado is by far the best. Nightwing is a cheap looking mess. They just painted extra bits on a Robin head. It looks like a bad custom.
