I can only imagine Spearmaster's art. Just the lizards sleeping or watching them draw. Itd be adorable if one of the lizards try to draw with Spearmaster
Id say the white lizard would be the most likely to try and draw with spearmaster seeing how the white lizards seem more intelligent than other lizards
I really like small details in games, and this is something very cute! My favorite one is the cyan, they are simple but i really like the glowy effect, and the paw on hunter's head just adds more to the cuteness.
thats a very bold statement but sure lol! i really love the art in this mod, its definitely going to be one of my must-have mods that I'll never turn off
I'm so excited to see how the Strawberry, Caramel and Eel Lizards turn out!!! Eel is probably gonna go around the slugcat beacuse they are long. Caramel is massive so it might be behind it. Strawberry is particularly small so it might cuddle the slugcat with most or some of its body on top of it and be SO fluffy. (Maybe the art might change for Saint's campaing and show lizards with their winter coating variation)
And don't forget train lizards, even though I'm not sure it's even possible to tame them, it would still be a fun little thing if they added one for those beasts.
@@konn3787 They are tameable. I've tamed one I refer to as "Long Dennis". In fact, they're easier to tame than Reds (Dennis required 6 food), and he demolishes EVERYTHING that tries to threaten me.

Blue lizard got that goofy energy in em, blue was both a hyper active goober in gameplay and in the sleeping art Cyan or pink seems to be the one that likes to snuggle close the most White seems to be the most apart(like you said, maybe guarding) and Red of course takes up most of the screen
this mod is so cute!!! all the lizard drawings look amazing now we just need this but for slugpups.. (unless there is one already and i don’t know about it yet..)
I made a character and called it The Youngling which is basically a pup looking for it's dead parents and if you got the ending where you get adopted by another colony you can have an adoption sim and get adopted by the slugcats (including Hunter, Surv and Monk) and when you play the other campaigns you can turn on Youngling before you start and you'll have the lil pup following you around + hibernation drawings But I'm bad at drawing rn
It would've been cool if they added a piece of art for the train lizard, even if ifts a secret campaign lizard, it would probably be a funny to see it compared to a slug.
my favorite is the black lizard combo, it's just so adorable and safe how the lizard is all over you also these shelters look so unclusterphobic compared to base game shelters lol
i am going insane over the red lizard. that gameplay segment was one of the best things i've ever seen it's art is also really really good too. it's scary in all the right ways for me because it's big. it's menacing. and it is protective of *you*, the slugcat who gave it a companion. that art reflects it so so well to me
I haven't tested it, but I'd assume it probably is the lizard you tamed first or that entered the shelter with you first. I don't believe it shows multiple Lizards, as that would mean having to adjust every single art work for every single possible combination of 2 lizards and a slug cat.
So adorable I am definitely going to add it to my game!! MY favourites are Red, White and Cyan. Red just because it really captures the vibe of the red Lizard so well. But every single art in this looks amazing.
That clip of the red protecting you was WILD!!! I've only done it once and it was super cool for a little bit, but then it wandered and I watched it get mauled to death by another red lizard. Very sad day. Took hours to get them to like me. God, this game is so cool.

@@graycatsaderowit’s more like it just spawned in and starts moving erratically as its pathfinding begins to kick in. I’ve noticed lizards move weirdly when they move regions for example, and also notice sometimes in arena a lizard will flop about before getting its bearings.
I love this mod. I'm definitely going to add it. I'll probably only see it a couple of times, as I prefer to brutally murder everything. But I might still see it once or twice
What mod is expanding the shelters? It looks really neat. Also how did you make it so that the shelter doesn’t just close whilst you wait for the lizard? I’ve tried it before and a lot of the time the lizard just gets kind of shut out
I need to see Monk and orange lizard since they both hug their own tail when sleeping lol. I also feel like there should be a white salamander variant for the art if there isnt one its hard to know
I wonder if they plan to include slugpups to it or if they'll just focus on lizards. Perhaps the amount of combinations of 1 pup or 2 pups with or without a lizard would make it a little complicated but thank goodness the slugpups can have generic designs like in the tree endings.
I believe they are planning on adding multiple creatures, not just lizards :) I think creature combos are probably not going to be a thing though, it would be insanely complicated...

How about eel, spitter, zoop and train? Also, how do other characters turn out? Especially knowing how gourmand just takes up a third of the screen and how saint sits there, or how spearmaster draws.
@@lolight2 modpacks i do modding stuff so i want to see my "mods" folder clean and i dont really want to spend a hour looking for useful stuff on raindb that doesnt conflict with each other
@@nerfjanetreal Most mods don't really conflict with eachother so you should be able to get anything you want. You can also subscribe to mod collections on the steam workshop if you prefer something akin to a modpack made by someone else. :)
I've got a dumb baby cyan lizard BUT I don't have Downpour and I'm too stupid to mod Rain World myself. I wish I could see art of my cyan lizard next to Monk.
Ngl, I love how the blue lizard has their foot on the slugcat's face. It reminds me of how a cat has the audacity to walk all over your face in the middle of the night, not caring about how much sleep you'll lose.
I just- I want to know. Is there ANY RW mods that allow your lizards to respawn still tamed after completing a cycle, I don't want to have to lose a lizard-
It's quite a complex mod, but I can say that I looked at the way it is implemented and it is ultra clean! It should be easy for them to add new content to it, so long as they have the art :)
Are those the only mods you're using because in my person experience it's usually a bitch and a half to get a lizard to stay following you and not to mention they usually quickly bounce out of shelters as soon as they go in not even going past where it closes and locks

I am not sure which one it prioritizes but it doesn't show all of them, it would be extremely complicated logistically :p

Diverse Shelters is the first one and OSHA Compliant Shelters is the second! There’s also OSHA Compliant Gates which will make karma gates safer
I love both the OSHA mods, and diverse shelters! They are must haves :)

I do have a mod that makes lizards smarter when fighting the player, but no mods should affect their following ability :)
