Blending isn't hard I've been doing it for awhile. Its about % of what your using. The easiest is 1915 but I've been adjusting this to be a bit of a rye high blend. And I've been experimenting with cognac and rye whiskey. I give my blends between 4-8 months to meld. I've been very happy with my projects so far.
