فَرُّخ‌روی پارسای (۱۳ اسفند ۱۳۰۱ - ۱۸ اردیبهشت ۱۳۵۹) پزشک، آموزگار، استاد دانشگاه، فعال حقوق زنان و سیاستمدار ایرانی بود. وی در کابینهٔ دوم و سوم امیرعباس هویدا از ۱۳۴۷ تا ۱۳۵۴ به‌عنوان وزیر آموزش و پرورش ایران فعالیت می‌کرد. او نخستین مدیرکل زن در ایران در سال ۱۳۳۹، از نخستین زن‌های راه‌یافته به مجلس شورای ملی و نخستین زن ایرانی بود که در دوران حکومت پهلوی به مقام وزارت رسید. او در سال ۱۳۴۲ نمایندهٔ تهران در مجلس شورای ملی بود. وی پس از انقلاب ۱۳۵۷ اعدام شد.
Farrukh Roy Parsai (March 13, 1301 - May 18, 1359) was an Iranian doctor, teacher, university professor, women's rights activist and politician. She worked in the second and third cabinet of Amir Abbas Hoyda from 1347 to 1354 as the Minister of Education of Iran. She was the first female director-general in Iran in 1339, one of the first women to enter the National Assembly and the first Iranian woman to become a minister during the Pahlavi regime. She was a representative of Tehran in the National
Assembly in 1342. He was executed after the 1357 revolution.

I was one of those students who went to Rumsar Campus for one week. I won the newspaper contest in my last year of middle school class and between 6 of my classmates contestants my name was picked . I had so much fun and it was so great to be able to experience it. Also two of my older sister as well went to the same campus for different categories. My mother was one of those people who wanted her daughters to travel and see the world and be educated.
