Some people don't feel like a game is or even can be compelling without PvP. A few friends of mine are like that. I'm right there with Declan in feeling kindof baffled by it, mind you, but it's a genuine thing.
I think a lot of people aren't enjoying streets because it's so hard to run. It runs fine for me after a ram upgrade, but it was absolutely not worth playing before that.
There's nothing wrong with a limited time experience... The point of single player games is to enjoy the narrative and atmosphere that the devs envision for it. I don't need every game I play to have 1000+ hours worth of game time. They're supposed to be more like a movie that you play rather than a competitive sweat fest.
Never forget that Tarkov is inspired in many regards by the Stalker series and one of the original Tarkov Devs also worked on the Stalker series. What Tony is saying is true to an extent tho - Tarkov was designed around multiplayer. Stalker is different in that aspect. They may add Multiplayer support but the core ideals of the games are different....even if they are very similar in many aspects. Perhaps why Tarkov PVE is so successful.

the way to fix game is to let casual players be on somewhat equal footing with people that play 5k hours. The easiest fix is make instant loading like frontier did or reduce loading times to 2 min max , remove 90% of weapons, attachments , ammo from flea and only leave barter items . Then disable flea for at least 1-2m months during wipes so hardcore players can’t get lvl 40 in 1 week and shit on casuals for rest of wipe .
