I've noticed work the females that there are more white women moving through the justice system but it's prominently African American. Thee reason why more blacks and Latinos break laws is because of their behaviour, nothing to do with colour, that's a hundred year old BS story. It's original meaning was "to divide" and was first used to divide Christian Russians by introducing a new ideology which that time was communism. Today the "R" word is still used to divide and it's been successful across America. Seems clear to me that the cheating wife tried to provoke him, maybe to get better treatment from the divorce court? Seems like a good guy who got set up by a crazy spouse. Good luck to him.
I haven't seen the defense's case yet, but his attorney didn't make a motion for summary judgement. Not doing so is grounds for appeal if he is convicted. I wouldn't convict him based on the State's case. For me, it is now up to the defendant to convict himself.
Excellent job jurors! I was thinking the same thing after hearing the evidence/testimony..
