This meaning is probably derived from its other more academic ones, but I'm not familiar with those. It's one of those words that made it into Japanese speaking for some reason.

Minor TL notes: I'm pretty sure the greeting is a mixture of Marine's ending 'shukkou' and FBK's greeting 'kon kon kitsune'. The romaji should therefore be 'shukondawa'. Also, 3:08 'dozo' in the context of presenting someone with something is better translated as 'Here you go!'. 'By all means' is used to show that the speaker is granting permission of some sort to the recipient. A couple of very minor grammatical corrections: 1:32 'Do the two of you' -> 'Have the two of you' - also, there should be no comma. 1:37 'Yes do you have? -> Questions that can be answered with a simple yes/no do not use the auxiliary verb, unless a full sentence is used. So it should read 'Yes, do you?' OR 'Yes, do you have an unforgettable birthday experience?' 2:09 'are wearing' -> 'were wearing' 2:22 'waving...on me' -> 'waving...at me' 2:27 'laugh' -> 'laughed' 2:31 'are cosplaying' -> 'were cosplaying' 2:47 'I'm really happy' -> 'I was really happy' 2:53 'Senchou haven't' -> If you want to keep this TL as Senchou referring to herself in the 3rd person, it should be 'Senchou hasn't'
