Bravo told the cast to film with their phone because they planned on getting the footage and releasing it, Latoya was going to see Drew lying of her behind sooner or later, whether Marlo sent it to her early or not. Also, Courtney can be Marlo's friend, but if she is " Ralph's" cousin and he brought her on the show, she should be a little more supportive to Drew. I can understand Courtney's dislike for Kenya, after all Kenya more or less gave them a rubbish trip, and said Byrce has now lost his looks and she could have had him if she wanted to.

That sounds like fun I will be there." so Marlo has text Ralph before and now she wants to act like she has never text him before and whatever she has to say she will say it to his wife, Drew, and let her rely the message. Also, Marlo said she will be there. The question is where? Obviously, Ralph invited Marlo somewhere for her to say she will be there. Drew should've invited Marlo instead of Ralph sending an invite to wherever Marlo is supposed to be. Marlo tried to make a dig at Kenya about texting. Kenya's texts was totally innocent just like Marlo's text to Ralph. Marlo was being facetious.

Marlo has a sister with mental health issues, a mum who was an addict and was raised in different foster homes. There is a lot the ladies can use there, but they leave her family members and focus on her. Personally, I was happy Ralph told her that. Have your issues with my wife. Just don't drag me into it.
