Have you ever lived in a basement? Do you mind living in one? The two basements go for $1,350/month (all inclusive - hydro, water, internet & parking).
I wouldn’t mind at all, I’m actually looking for a studio/1 bed room apartment for myself in Windsor. Could you help me out? I don’t want to share with anyone :/
Currently living in a Basement in sauga. It's one of the best I've seen but not the best....i still got lucky! Studio - 1200 all inclusive of utilities and internet. I don't pay for parking as I don't drive nor own a car. Its close to all amenities and workplace. Well-lit, seperate entrance, spacious, Fireplace (oh yeah!), open brick, pot lights (flourescent/yellow light, which I love), modern finishes, stainless steel, hardwood floors. 2 large windows. Warm neutral wall colors. Shared laundry room but outside the main unit BUT inside the apartment. Cons: noise/thin walls, attimes too hot when heater is on, but otherwise cool.
Hi Tobi, great video! I have been fortunate in the past to have lived in some awesome basements that were even better than some apartments that I had rented. The key is finding a good one that is clean, well maintained and built with sound proofing ceiling, good ceiling heights, separate entrance and properly insulated.
no lies, the first basement actually looks better and more spacious than some apartments. I am not friends with the cold so I mind ooo., lol. If i was ever to live in one of then it would be the first one. Looks really well maintained.
Hello Tobi, just watched you interviewing Stella that relocated with a child. Could you please do a video with someone relocating with teenagers as I will soon be in canada with my 4 teenagers by God's grace. What is it like to relocate with 4 teenagers? Ages 13 to 16
Thanks for watching 😊. I forgot to mention that. I’ve added that to the description box & pinned comment. They are $1,350/month (all inclusive - hydro, water, internet & parking).
Get renters insurance there's a good chance all your things will be damaged, Windsor basements tend to flood. Some areas in the city are terrible for flooding
Hi 👋 I love your videos But this thing been bothering is it alright to apply for more than one university in Canada and whats that card you use when entering the subway
