There are massive safety issues with this otherwise very well built ladder. This design won the multi-task business of Us, the buying public. Owner Safety suggestions ; Make sure all locks are in position after position changes and wait till the ladder is against the wall before fully extending the bottom section> After a handful of Ladder Dances, in a light wind, next to the 220 volt feed, ...this adds an element of control if you practice on that adjustment. Electricity and aluminum ladders "attract".............

This one looks exactly like a Vulcan branded ladder I had. Same star shapes on the hinges and everything.
Harbor Freight probably used the same company.
Would you happen to know the storage size? Is it smaller than 4ft?
It's probably closer to 5' I keep it stored in an inside closet

You just made me LOL!!! It's a good ladder, just make sure you have the "locks" all the way in before you use it.

Without getting it out of my storage and measuring, it is right around 8 foot.
Warning, does not latch when collapsing. After extending lay flat on ground to fold up. Warning!!!!!
