I experienced it too when i went for my first interview... Girls were soo rude thery were giving looks and in my opinion if you are willing to join this industry you have to be friendly, extrovert.... smiling face indicates you are team player. This type of girls who gives unnecessarily looks should be rejected in 1st round.

Went for interview and they gave me 2 month PHT while selecting girls who were not even groomed and their English communication was weak , don’t know why even though I was properly groomed and my communication is quite good and clear , felt so disheartened I had no scar no mark I was pretty confident and they still selected some random girls whom the HR already knew , that was quite unfair

7 people including me got directly selected for cabin crew training but 15+ were selected for PHT (pre hire training) and PHT does not have any surety that you’ll be selected in future or not , it is upto ur performance.

You can just start talking in english with yourself in front of the mirror although it might be awkward but it works very well and also watching english movies would give the confidence uk, and out of all you just need to start whether you start talking with broken english doesn't matter, you'll be better eventually and don't give up 🌟

Is 151cms ok? Coz other youtubers say only 155cms&154cms are selected any Candidate whose height is lower than that are rejected. Also a few say that if you're lucky they select with less than 155cms as well but not specified if chosen do 151cms candidates have a chance. So I'm confused 🤔. there are interviews going on in my city. I know That height requirement is 155cms, still i would like to know from your pov as you're working there. Btw great video❤. I know how people behave these days it's not just this but many other interviews have the same scenario, so for some reason i would avoid interacting with other candidates, coz i would get nervous for no reason due to their behaviour.
