I really love how this show establishes the threat level of the dragons in every scene. Even newborns are a capable threat and should not be treated lightly.
I am in LOVE with Vax. Scanlan said it best in the Season 2 finale, but yeah those wings are so gordeus on you Vax. And the way that they appear and disappear/ turn into his armor looks so so good.
Yeah Vax is just So Dope to watch in action with his raven armor (Deathwalker’s Ward) all the time. Rogue’s never been my favorite class but Vax redefine my appreciation for the class.
For anyone curious, baby dragons or wyrmlings are little bastards. They are in the same range of deadliness as an elephant, stegosaur or a hag (which can cast spells) but are roughly the size of a black bear.
Matt problaby is using difernet lore but in terms of DnD lore there is other aproachs. Dragons can make Eggs in the following ways: - Doing it with a mate (wich can be abit more tedious) - Using magic to activly manifest an Egg. Time to make one usually varys. - Eggs will sometimes manifest themselfs passivly in a Dragon's lair if the Dragon is old enouh (Adult or Ancient) or if theres multiple sharing the Lair (like Siblings). This is the slowest method. Alot of this is due to Dragons radiating HEAVY amounts of magic (wich is why their Lair can sometimes passivly shift the biome around them) Due to Thordak having a Stupid Amount of Fire magic in him (both due to being an Ancient Red Dragon and the Crystal in him) combine with his desire for Conquest, its likely he has a easier time creating this eggs thou it still takes time to make them (wich is why hes so protective of them).
Canonically (aka according to the wiki) Thordark mutated to the point he was able to asexually reproduce like a lizard. So nobody put a bun in his oven
if I remember right the person that played Pike in the campaign had things come up and wasn't able to make all the sessions so they gave her some storyline boosts to catch her power up to the other characters, so that could be part of them
I know they’re murdering everyone but does anyone else find Thordak’s children to be so cute, especially since they’re burning an entire kingdom right after hatching… 🥹 Thordak must be so proud of his babies.

This is what I appreciate about these dragons even though they’re small they’re instinctively destructive, you can feel the malice radiating off them when they burn and destroy things. Also I don’t get the hate people have towards keyleth she’s like aang from atla
Well I don't want to spoil it for you but if you don't mind: Seing how Percy is going to get revenge on Ripley for Whitestone she will end up killing him and the rest of Vox Machina ends here later. After he gets back to life he ends up getting Cabal's Ruin (the cape vestage Ripley was wearing)
There was at least 11 wyrmlings six got away and i counted 5 fall on screen and 2 i don't know if they fell of screen or were in the six that flew away

Per Matt in the campaign wrap up, the gem and the elemental nature of the fire plane altered him to the point he was able to reproduce asexually.
