What if you already have a master's in a different field but your current work is related to the master's program you intend to pursue? In addition, the bachelor's degree program and the intended master's program are related.
If asked about your academic background during the interview, just explain exactly as you have done above, there is nothing wrong wanting to gain more knowledge in the field you are currently working in
Hello Unfortunately you cannot. There are only 3 ways for proof of finance 1) blocked account 2) a scholarship by a recognised institution 3) a sponsorship by a resident living in Germany
Please thanks for your info my question is when you're submitting your documents can you staple multi page document like CV having 3 page can u combine it into single document?
Hi It’s best to keep your documents separate to make it easier for the officials at the immigration for find them. To avoid confusion or unnecessary delays
Hello, I have an interview for a German Student Visa on the 9th, and I would like to know why you said to tell the Visa Officer that you would go back to your home country, since my plans are to work there after graduation. I just don't want to lie to the Visa Officer.
Hi With all the issues of immigration happening in Europe, I think it’s best to kind of “focus on studying” (if you know what I mean) The study visa is meant for studying, it’s not designed as a pathway into Europe. So if you are asked, just say you came to Germany to gain high level of knowledge and skills, not available in your home nation and you plan to take it home with you afterwards It’s best to keep things simple and follow the path that has worked for countless number of students in the past. there’s no need to add extra information that could lead to more questions during the interview and make the application process more complicated you can stay here legally after your Studies, because after you graduate from your studies, There is a job a “job seeker visa” that you can apply for. I hope my response makes sense
Hi There are ONLY 3 ways for funding your studies 1. Blocked account - ruclips.net/video/27ehtm5Qbc0/видео.htmlsi=FLen1FX2vQcI3qhZ 2. A sponsorship from a German citizen or a resident in Germany - ruclips.net/video/hVAu6re6_yg/видео.htmlsi=FMB528ilgLCIEZXm 3. A scholarship from an institution
I applied in September 2022 The German embassy (in Kenya) website doesn’t say anything about doing an interview, so I assume that the process is still the same for Kenyan nationals
Hi Maureen Thanks for taking the time to watch! When I was applying it was a MUST for both the cv and motivation letter to be in German. I am not sure if things have changed, usually on the embassy’s website, instructions on what language to use is given
Yeah pretty much Just say you don’t know anyone on a personal level, it will save you from potentially unnecessary further questions about your relationship to that person Unless the people are giving you sponsorship to come and study, just keep it simple
Thanks for this wonderful video. Please, i want to ask for those that graduated a long time ago from bachelor degree but worked in a company not related to what you studied in your bachelor's degree and you want to take your masters in you field of study in d university,,when asked at the embassy why did u work in a company not related to your field of studu and now i decides to take further your masters , what will be your response please?
Maybe you could argue that getting a well paying job in your field is difficult because of competition and few job opportunities. So you decided to get a job to pay your bills and save for master’s studies, then after you graduate you’ll have better chances of getting the jobs that you want
Hi sir , i have submitted our visa documents on March 15 th so my university lecture start on April 8th am waiting for my visa , i got public university IELTS 6.5 . can you please tell visa reject or approved?? Because 2 months completed. Why delay my visa
Hi Unfortunately Sometimes visa take very long to come, because of the number of applications the embassy usually gets. There’s usually no much someone can do except to wait and keep checking for emails from the embassy, in case they reach out (check spam folder too)
hello! i wanted to ask you if my validation of passport is not supporting my full studies time but i have done already all documents with this passport including the Verpflichtungserklarung can embassy give me a shorter time duration study visa and after a little time can i get a new passport and extend my visa from Germany?
Hi Usually it’s preferred if your passport is valid till the end of your studies, but they should still give you a visa for the year. The passport is only useful at the airport the visa is the most important You’ll have to make sure that you replace your passport before the visa expires
My brother wasn't able to give proper answer to two questions in german visa interview. And the interviewer wasn't satisfied with those answers. Will they decline visa? Please answer sir
Hi I personally don’t think that they will decline the visa, just because of 2 questions. This is because the interview is just one part of the visa application. You still have the motivation letter plus all the other documents. If everything else is okay I honestly believe that he should get his visa
about the question what do i have after completing the course(i plan to find a job and settle in germany),shouldn't i tell the truth instead of telling i will go back to my own country

Hi To try to make things as simple as possible for your application. Please remember that if you apply for a student visa, you claim to come to Germany to study. With the whole issue of immigration into Europe and the UK, there have been cases of people using a study visa to enter the country and then not studying and staying illegally. Saying you know someone may open doors to further questioning, which in the end may bring in some doubt about your reasons for coming. So to make sure, there is no doubt unless someone in Germany is sponsoring you or giving you accommodation, it's better to not mention them, as it may do more harm than good for your application.
