    Hello, I have an interview for a German Student Visa on the 9th, and I would like to know why you said to tell the Visa Officer that you would go back to your home country, since my plans are to work there after graduation. I just don't want to lie to the Visa Officer.

    • @MkenyaInDeutschland
      @MkenyaInDeutschland  Месяц назад +3

      Hi
      With all the issues of immigration happening in Europe, I think it’s best to kind of “focus on studying” (if you know what I mean)
      The study visa is meant for studying, it’s not designed as a pathway into Europe. So if you are asked, just say you came to Germany to gain high level of knowledge and skills, not available in your home nation and you plan to take it home with you afterwards
      It’s best to keep things simple and follow the path that has worked for countless number of students in the past. there’s no need to add extra information that could lead to more questions during the interview and make the application process more complicated
      you can stay here legally after your Studies, because after you graduate from your studies, There is a job a “job seeker visa” that you can apply for.
      I hope my response makes sense

    • @MkenyaInDeutschland
      @MkenyaInDeutschland  9 дней назад +1

      Maybe you could argue that getting a well paying job in your field is difficult because of competition and few job opportunities. So you decided to get a job to pay your bills and save for master’s studies, then after you graduate you’ll have better chances of getting the jobs that you want

      Hi
      There are ONLY 3 ways for funding your studies
      1. Blocked account - ruclips.net/video/27ehtm5Qbc0/видео.htmlsi=FLen1FX2vQcI3qhZ
      2. A sponsorship from a German citizen or a resident in Germany - ruclips.net/video/hVAu6re6_yg/видео.htmlsi=FMB528ilgLCIEZXm

    • @MkenyaInDeutschland
      @MkenyaInDeutschland  4 месяца назад

      Yeah pretty much
      Just say you don’t know anyone on a personal level, it will save you from potentially unnecessary further questions about your relationship to that person
      Unless the people are giving you sponsorship to come and study, just keep it simple

      Hi
      I personally don’t think that they will decline the visa, just because of 2 questions. This is because the interview is just one part of the visa application.
      You still have the motivation letter plus all the other documents. If everything else is okay I honestly believe that he should get his visa

    Why should I say I don't know anyone in Germany though

    • @MkenyaInDeutschland
      @MkenyaInDeutschland  6 месяцев назад

      Hi
      To try to make things as simple as possible for your application. Please remember that if you apply for a student visa, you claim to come to Germany to study. With the whole issue of immigration into Europe and the UK, there have been cases of people using a study visa to enter the country and then not studying and staying illegally. Saying you know someone may open doors to further questioning, which in the end may bring in some doubt about your reasons for coming.
      So to make sure, there is no doubt unless someone in Germany is sponsoring you or giving you accommodation, it's better to not mention them, as it may do more harm than good for your application.
