Landslide, has closed off some of the trails in that area yup! Same thing happened to us looking for a trail that wasn’t there. Love those steep hill, climbs like that!
Sometimes I think folks have just built those cabins in their on national forest land. You know it is Arkansas. LOL
Great video buddy thanks for taking us along!

Yeah those dang landslides! I'm with you, I kinda wonder about some of these cabins from time to time. Thanks for checking out the video buddy!

Yup, that was STEEP & ROCKY alright!
I have a couple questions about your DJI equipment: What do you use the remote for (other than turning the camera on or off)? Does DJI have a rendering/editing program for your PC that you need to load your video into before you load it into the editing software of choice? or can you simply drop the clips into your editing software just like you can with GoPro?
    25:36 - should've done a crapper review - LOL
Good stuff MOR! Thanx for taking us along!

Man now im really regretting not doing that crapper review LOL!
Ok on the remote - Yes I turn the camera on and off but it also allows me to see the length of video I'm recording. In other words, editing the video is easier if the clip is less than 10 minutes long. Smaller clips are better and easier. Im hoping DJI will come out with an update allowing you to see the battery level of the camera as well. On the gopro remote, I could simply look down from time to time and tell how much longer my battery would last. That was super convenient.
No extra editing software needed, just drag and drop the footage. The DJI cameras are just a far far superior action camera than the gopros. No comparison really. Even just syncing up to my phone and transferring footage over to my phone was such a hassle with gopro. It often took 30 minutes just to pair up. DJI cameras are instant, and the transfer speed is so much better. Just no comparison. DJI beats Gopro in all phases of the game.

We are well aware of royal blue, brimstone, and a few others. But we have never been. It's definitely on the to do list 🤣

Question we are planning a trip to that area, can you ride on the roads or do you have to be street legal? Also is there an OHV permit required? Also what gps map are you using?

We're using Gaia. I highly recommend it. Although for Buckhorn, you can easily get by with one of the free maps on Avenza or Maprika. Buckhorn Trail system is pretty easy to navigate. No OHV permit required in the entire state to ride the trails. You can ride on the highways if you can prove that you're riding from one trail system to the next. Although in all our years of riding in the Ozarks, I have never once been pulled over. We passed two law officers patrolling the area just a month ago at macks Pines. We were on the highway doing 60 MPH. They just smiled and waved.

We are going to be staying at “back in the ozarks” -we have a big rig and need (want) full-hookups so I’m trying to figure out the trails around there. I have Gaia but haven’t used it much, guess I better familiarize myself with it.

@@AWay2Travel If you force yourself to learn it now, you will not regret it. Thats exactly what I had to do. I was glued to Avenza and Gaia just seemed so difficult to use. Once you figure it out, you cant go back man. Its that much better. Yeah I get the big rig situation. I doubt you will have an issue honestly man.

@@miillersoffroad yeah it looks pretty easy, we travel all over the country traveling, riding, playing it would be nice if every area didn’t use something different but I guess that just adds to the adventure I think I have 11 or 12 different mapping systems so what’s 1 more.

@@AWay2Travel Have you been to Moccasin Gap/ Macks Pines? Best riding in the entire state. Although Buckhorn is very very good.
