My goodness... whenever people complain the city is stagnant in its development, we should show them this video. Now it looks a lot better, not great, but compared to how it was 17 years ago, progress is clearly visible.
You came one year before they were disbanded and replaced with buses. That was actually a sad moment in my childhood. Even if right now the city looks a lot better, i still think that any presumed civilized town should have a tram system.
