Tell me about nim lik. I want to learn to use my internal energy directly. Not necessarily for fighting. I want to spend my time learning how. Can you give me advice. I always get cheered up watching your videos, and learn at the same time. Your depth of understanding of martial arts is much deeper than you show. I wish you would do some videos on internal energy development.
What I noticed you could end up pulling the radial head out of the socket on the elbow. That is pain for weeks to months, even if you can find someone that knows hoe to correct it.

Couldn't you bring that Fire extinguisher on the wall into the equation ?....It would be a diversion at least. Maybe you could use it on the script writer/feeder...

He’s obviously never had to use that move against a resisting opponent. Btw I won bronze at IBJJF Worlds in Vegas this year.
