Yaaay! Finally a known fragrance RUclipsr talks about my favourite cheap fragrance : Sculpture! I've been suggesting it to lots of RUclipsrs in comments and no one seemed to care...By the way it's the fragrance that's giving me compliments the most even in 2020...
Not too much. Maybe you'll have 30 min to one hour of good projection, then people should be very close to you to smell it. As for the overall longevity, you'll get about 3 to 4 good hours, sometimes more. To get more out of it, I usually overspray and spray also on my clothes. I personally find the smell amazing and for the price I can't complain 😉 I've got some compliments while wearing it and it's usually the women that got very close to me or people that I meet in closed environments like cars.
Got this a month ago. I must say it is not bad at all. Very fresh. Lasted half a work day, but no complaining here for the price I paid. Great cheapie that smells more expensive than it is for sure. Great review as always.
Coincidentally, it's one of the few fragrances on my desk at home right now, and I literally just sprayed it on me about five minutes prior to watching this video, LOL! I love this scent!
I couldn't agree more with your review...picked this up this year and I'm actually wearing it as I view this review. Truly a hidden gem and worth twice the cost....money well spent!
Funny that you are reviewing this fragrance. Very recently I had a relative visiting me here in the US from Spain. I noticed the scent he had on, and I really enjoyed the aroma. I finally asked him after a couple of days what he was wearing, and sure enough it was Sculpture Pour Homme. Your review was spot on. The fragrance is pretty impressive for a cheapie. Worthy of at least a sampling.
When I see "cheap" in the title, I'm there but when it's a 90's cheap frag, I'm smashing the "thumbs up". This is one that I've never heard about so thanks for that.
Great review Steven. This perfume recived major props here in the middle east, during the 90s it was as iconic as jpg le male, ck one and eternity as well as aqua di gio. I went through several. I actually bought it a couple of years ago just nostalgic reasons. 😁
I picked up a bottle of this recently after hearing it touted by a few reviewers. I wasn't wowed by it. It's a decent fresh citrus/floral scent (maybe too floral for me), good for summer, but I didn't get much longevity out of it. Honestly, I'd rather put the $ toward my other favorite cheapies, like Rochas Man, Hanae Mori HM, CK One Shock, and Bentley Intense. I won't be buying this again, and not sure I'll even use it all up.
A bottle just arrived in the post today and finally I’ve found the fragrance I’ve been looking for. I’ve wanted a cheap every day fragrance that smells interesting enough to feel good about wearing. I’ve tried a few other cheapies including nautical voyage which I couldn’t stand. But this is the one, finally I can reserve my more expensive fragrances for specific occasions.
Great video my friend. Always a pleasure watching your videos and take none. I've watched nearly all your videos so far. You are one of the best Fragrance reviewers if not the best. I wish you success with your channel. And stay safe.
I got this wayback 1998 as a gift from my dad during my high school days. 😊 Used it in the tropics as the weather compliment the orange blossoms in it. 🍊🏝🏖Love it. Brings back memories 🥰. PS.will be getting my 2nd bottle this week after 20+ years.
I found this 5 years ago in Spain, since then it became one of my regular one. Now that we relocated from Spain to Texas (USA), searching were to buy a new one found your review :) Totally agree.
You need to check out Cacharel Pour Homme. I believe it was released in 1984, and I think it still doesn't smell dated. People still asking me what am I wearing all the time. Only Aventus gets more inquiries of this kind.
I had two bottles of Sculpture during the last six years. It's nice and all, but still I wouldn't agree that is smells above its price range. Try before you buy. You don't need another blind purchase bottle. 6/10
Could you please kindly tell me, in your honest opinion, which Perfume House provides better quality ingredients, longevity and range to choose from? Les Exclusifs De Chanel or Christian Dior Privee Collection? Both are part of their private collection, more on the Niche side, and I wanted to purchase wisely between the two Houses. Thank you 🙏.
Hi Steven... Nikos was a fashion designer ( underwear as I remember ), not sure about jewelry though. This fragrance was very popular in Germany in the 90's. Aside from that, where do you look up the noses who did the fragrances ? Would be very interested to find out!!!
I grabbed this per your recommendation and this is everything you said it was. In the dry down it reminds me of EMPEROR COLOSSUS from parfums vintage. Check that out when you get some time
i would like to mentioned that Nikos Apostolopoulos Is a Greek mens haute couture designer cloths ,and the next perfume after that is Gods night but the first one is better.Well done.
Why am i seeing this a week later? RUclips is sooo shady these days with notifications!! Ugh...anyways i love this and im awaiting a 2nd bottle in the mail. Surprisingly i get 7 hours out of it when i wear it.
Hi Steven. Can't believe I didn't have this in my 90s collection. Will try. As I have been buying some of the classics again...you've been reviewing. They're not all that good or same scent as back then. Still love the Lapidus(it's a beast) tho. Thank you for this vid.
@@Redolessence Hi Steven. Did finally get Sculpture this week and do enjoy it for price. Reminds me a lot of Dunhill Desire that I have. Thank You. Take Care
I tried this cologne and bought it in Germany in early 2000. The new release Imagination by Louis Vuitton smells almost exactly like Sculpture, and you should try it.
Hi Steven. I really enjoy this fragrance. My wife actually bought this for me for Father's Day 2 years ago on a blind buy. The only thing, it dont seem to last. I am looking for the original Nikos but not having any luck.
Is cheap yes,is not bad but when you compare it with for example the Invictus of paco rabanne you see the huge difference at the end is a matter of taste ,is very subjective
Steaven, please I want from you to tell me another fragrances similar to it, I knew a butiful one from RASSASI which is rassasi relation, but I like it so much I need another similar once plz 🙏😏💗
Once again you made me blind duy something. And I am not disappointed at all. This is a great fragrance. I was born in 1988 and this reminds me of 90's, but still, somehow it is modern. Thanks Steven. 😁
Hey Steven, I think that I owe you an apology about the way that I overhyped Dua's Celsius. After multiple wearings, I have to admit that it is not the dead ringer for the 88 Fahrenheit that I said. The petrol note was so strong that it kind of seduced me a little. Nonetheless, it is still very good , but the composition's smoothness is not quitting pat with the original .i just thought that I owed you that.. Stay safe and healthy .Great video, by the way.
I had to look up the meaning of connote 😂 Steven i forget you are an English teacher 👍🏻 i learn something everyday with you either about fragrance or the English language.
I bought this fragrance because you talked about this one on the cheap fragrances video. When I smelled it the firts time, It reminded me Montale Wood & Spices. It's a good fragrance for $16 IMO.
Wow I was not expecting anyone to review this! I bought this about 2 years ago for $20 and wear it often. To me it comes off kind of soapy but not neroli soapy, more like a deodorant soap or body wash. Funny enough, when I tried Bond No. 9 Lafayette Street I thought that it pretty much smelled exactly like this.
I have just smelled Lafeyette and fell in love with it. See someone say Sculpture smells the same, just ordered to save myself £310 haha I hope it’s true
Nikos Sculpture is 95% similar to Majid Muzaffar Iterji - Ehtefal. I love them both. Personally I think Ehtefal is better, more natural smelling. Sculpture is one of my first perfumes, bought in 2011. It has a very good projection and above average longevity for a freshie.
Wasn't there a Creed scent inspired by this ? Anyhow,, used to use this as my signature scent throughout in the end 90's and it was still cheap.
