    Looking good, I have smaller tomato varieties, but purchased some Marmande seeds and a few have taken. I am finding only 25% take to life from my 30 seeds purchased. I am in Thailand, so I am hoping these will grow well! If they grow, I can get new seeds, so fingers crossed!

    Fab yeld, marmande tomatoes are costly to buy but a seed packet from lidl 49p approx is a bonus.. I only grew as a last minute idea and just 3toms weighed 2.6lbs..bonus all round😉

    Hello. your video is very interesting. I would like to know how many fruits does this Marmande variety of tomatoes produce on average per plant ? thank you very much

    • @GrowWithKit
      @GrowWithKit  3 года назад +1

      I’d say around 20, it depends on your climate and conditions.

      @@GrowWithKit Thank you very much for your answer. Alright, that is good. Can you give me approximately the weight of a tomato of this variety ?

      @@GrowWithKit Hello. I looked on the internet I saw that the weight of a fruit measures between 160 and 200 grams. Is that right ? thank you

    • @GrowWithKit
      @GrowWithKit  3 года назад +1

      That sounds about right, again a lot depends on growing conditions.

    • @GrowWithKit
      @GrowWithKit  4 года назад +1

      Hi, I just use any multipurpose compost normally the cheapest, you can mix it with normal soil. I try to use organic fertiliser such as chicken manure or seaweed.

    • @lazycarper7925
      @lazycarper7925 4 года назад

      @@GrowWithKit do you mix chicken manure with the soil or with water?

    • @GrowWithKit
      @GrowWithKit  4 года назад

      It normally comes in pellets that you mix in or sprinkle, I’m going to try some homemade fertilisers this year, I made some stinging nettle fertiliser last year.
