    I think I would avoid kennels that don't have outdoor enclosures for the dogs. I'd rather drive out to the countryside to board a dog at a country kennel where they have outdoor spaces. The dogs in that shed must not have had access to the outdoors where they could cool down.

      Thank you for watching and commenting. I actually boarded my dogs in a country kennel, when I had to travel for work. The only problem I ran into was when my Bostons got into some standing water on the property and got giarrdia. The kennel paid the vet bill. As for this situation, the gal was a complete con artist, and her boyfriend not much better. She should have been sued along with the company, Rover, who vetted her. My neighbor next door uses Rover, but I'll still opt for a facility that I can hold responsible and is one that I can tour and make my own decisions.
