its not mum vibes its the style that Arabs girls have that live in dubai but also because religion is very tied to there culture they have to dress appropriately because they dont have a choice if even if they r not that strict on religious they cant disrespect themselves cuz people will look at them as there parents didnt teach them anything, lets be honest Montanas style isnt this outfit, she most likely went on tiktok to see what the Arab girls r wearing in dubai or whats appropriate and did a copy and paste basically, I mean didn't u see what she wore on her birthday and what she usually wears her style is whats in trend online what every girl style right now is which is mesh dresses, y2k fashion crop tops with ur whole stomach out lets be honest she only chose to dress like this to fit in with everyone there when ive seen white girls go to dubai and still wear there normal style as in walking out half naked
