BTW for anyone confused about what exactly a cotyledon is... Cotyledons are leaf embryos in germinated plant seeds. Dicots have two (you'll notice young bean sprouts shoot up from the soil with a pair of leaves that emerges as they shed/break the seed coating.)
@@gabbyfrazier5231 that makes no sense thats like saying you cant criticize someone for making a horrible song if you dont know how to use fl studio or saying you cant call a painting a mess because you dont know how to paint also that person posted that comment like 4 years ago
If you ever get a chance to take a flowering plant course from an amazing instructor, it'll be one your all time favorite classes. I know it was for me. Plants are really awesome. I wish all teachers could show just how awesome they are!
My professor talked about this for hours and made it seem so complicated, I left the class very confused. I just watched this video and with in three minutes and seventeen seconds I now get it.... Great explanation!! You made it seem very interesting and made me see it from a real life example! Thank you! Great job!
It's highly useful on dates. First, pick out a dicot - I like roses. Then elaborate on the dicotness of said flower. You could even explain a bit about the sexual organs of said flower. Does she seem more interested in the dicot talk, or the sexual organs. Depending on her response, you'll know how to continue the conversation.
I love this- I was rolling everytime a new topic was introduced with the blood splatter murder effect. Didn't think I'd ever laugh when watching a video about plants but here we are
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! This was wonderful. My 13 year old nephew and I (56) were struggling trying to figure out the difference for his biology studies. This was very interesting.
thank you so much it helped me a lot! I was panicking cause it was due tomorrow until I found this awesome video! make more videos pls. so that I can have something to watch when I have more homework! hanks!
THANK YOU!!!! I do online school and for science we do a pretest, if you get over 70% you skip that lesson, I got 80%. So I have a topic test and their asking me questions and I had no clue what the answer was, so I set out on a mission. (found my answers very quickly) ;-)
awesome, this helped me a lot thanks. I didn't knew the difference until i saw this video. Thanks.... make more videos on fungi, pines and its life cycle and further classification of angiosperm.
No one: Them in the first second: "So plants- are cool." Them in the first few seconds: "So this plant, you will die. It's poisonous. Die. The plant that killed socrates." (All different plants though-)
Praise God! So glad that I stumbled upon your video. Great information, great production, and great cast! I think I'll subscribe now and see what else you got. Amen and be well!
+Jacob Christian Glover Glad you stopped by Jacob. This channel now has a LOT of how-to-filmmaking tips. Make sure to subscribe to our other science channel for the good science stuff :) - ruclips.net/user/UntamedScience
Awesome. And I fully agree that we need more quality plant videos on RUclips. Did you see my plant playlist (from my channel)? Its worth a look if you're looking for good plant stuff.
Wow that was gret but every where, in every video every one is teaching what I have learned from my book! I cant get new information for my project! What may i do?

Good video but one crucial error
